Monsoon is the peak season for mosquito-borne diseases in Nepal. With the objective to educate and raise awareness among school children about mosquito-borne diseases like Dengue and Malaria, etc., Rohto Mentholatum Nepal organized a Health Awareness Program against Mosquito-Borne Diseases for the students of Bhanubhakta Memorial School as part of our Environment, Society & Health (ESH) initiative.

The awareness session was organized in association with Nepal Mediciti Hospital, led by Dr. Shobha Sapkota, Consultant- Pediatrics and Neonatology, focusing on their causes, symptoms, and preventive measures.

To support preventive action, Rohto distributed its product- REMOS, mosquito repellent, to all students, teachers, and staff members—reinforcing our commitment to public health and safety.

We’re grateful to Dr. Sapkota, Nepal Mediciti and Bhanubhakta Memorial School for their support in making this initiative impactful and meaningful.

Let’s continue spreading awareness and staying protected—because prevention starts with education.
